Return & Refund Policy

We are putting our best effort to ensure our goods shall be delivered until your doorstep in full satisfactory and quality up to the market demand. Our full quality control shall govern until postage or courier submission to courier service agent. If any defect found on product received at customer's end, customer shall have rights to claim insurance of the damage goods from the courier agent. If investigation found the damage of goods is not cause by the courier processes, the product can be returnable under company's jurisdiction. If the product received by customer not as per ordered, the customer shall require to notify us immediately within three (3) days upon receiving the goods at customer's end. We will counter check with our ordering system and will request customer to return the wrongly sent goods to us and we will resend the correct goods after we receive the returned goods at our end. At certain occasion when the correct goods are out of stock, customer required to return the wrongly sent goods and we will give customer credit note with same value of the goods for customer's next purchase utilization. If customer has confirmed the goods selection and made payment to us with unfortunate condition when the required goods unable to be delivered for certain reasons, we will make refund to customer on the amount of undelivered goods while the rest of the goods remains to be couriered.
